History of the model

The model has been designed almost 15 years ago, it was originally planned to be flown by a Byron ducted fan, unfortunately, due to the size of the model, we didn't have enough trust and it was flown by a propeller driven 15 ccm engine.

The flight characteristics at the time were more then fabulous with this configuration. About 4 years ago, as AMT Netherlands came up with the first Gas Turbine (Kerosene),we decided to redesign and to strengthen the new models for turbine use, today we own three models, which we fly currently at different shows in Switzerland. The model flies very stable and has a wide speed range, actually, the new Mercury HP would be more sufficient for this model as only for take off, full power is used.
